The upcoming show of “Why Pink?” had its origins in the curator Stephen Hard’s original idea to show 11 to 12 of these larger scale figures (as shown below) under the title of “Nasty Women.”  This brilliant concept was squashed by notions of censorship, with the compromise to showcase one figure (“Airhead on the Hot Seat), as shown on the invitation card
